Sarah Cliffe, RN, has been working with Uniting With You Home Care since June of 2023. Up to that point, Sarah was an experienced Pediatric triage nurse. Sarah stepped into her role as a Home Health Care Nurse with an open mind and ready to learn the necessary skills to be successful. Sarah demonstrated her ability to use her critical thinking in her patients’ homes during questions and crises that arise in the homecare setting on any given day. Additionally, Sarah learned the new software system and the steps and regulations of home care nursing.
Despite all these challenges, Sarah exceeded our expectations. Her interactions with clients are excellent, and her communication with Medical Doctors, case managers, and family members is outstanding. She has truly embraced the concept of being a visiting nurse. She has demonstrated this by following through with the regulations and software used by our company for the quality of care she provides for our patients.
Sarah’s interactions with the clients are excellent, and her communication with the MD, case managers, and family members is of very high standards. Sarah gives her skill and ability to the patients in her care and takes the time to listen and go the extra mile. Her ability to write a patient narrative is like no other. we have laughed at times, and it’s been said that her notes are like reading a history book; you feel like you were there visiting with the client and addressing all aspects of their care needs.
Sarah has gone above and beyond quickly, and we recognize her efforts, hard work, and dedication to our clients.
